•28/hour, depending on experience and certifications Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who loves taking care of patients, building relationships, and being part of a close-knit team? We're looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our established family dental practice in St. Peters, MO . This is a smaller, 5-operatory practice with a long-time doctor and an experienced team looking for the right person to join us. Our practice has a loyal patient base, including families who have trusted us with their dental care for many years. We believe the patient experience matters—from the first interaction to the moment they leave—and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their dental experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience and be comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry, including: General restorative dentistry Endodontics Extractions and surgical procedures Digital scanning X-rays and diagnostic procedures Sterilization and operatory preparation Chairside assisting Anticipating the doctor's needs and staying one step ahead We're looking for someone who is clinically confident and highly personable . Building relationships with patients is an important part of this position.
