Connecting and engaging with our patients to build meaningful relationships Learning and utilizing modern dental technology including iTero, Cerec, etc. Communicating positively and professionally with patients and team members alike Educating patients on their oral needs to create value for treatment Presenting treatment options with confidence to generate case acceptance Guiding appointment flow to keep the schedule running efficiently for both patients and doctors Working within the team to complete all daily tasks, lab work, and patient communications
