We can train you to do the work if you are willing to put forth an effort to learn how to assist. Assist endodontists during examinations and procedures by providing four-handed dentistry support. Assist in some surgical procedures. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas. Take dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols. Manage patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality. Occasionally schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience. Working with a great team in a wonderful environment. Qualifications Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but absolutely not necessary. Ability to learn how to use a simple program for dental needs. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy. We will train you to perform X-ray procedures safely and effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques in endodontic dentistry.
