In person — Comfort Dental, 2165 Hwy 2 E, Kalispell, MT 59901 About the Role Our busy, high-energy general dental practice is growing — and we're looking for a motivated chairside dental assistant to grow with us. Whether you're an experienced assistant or brand new to the field, we want to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right person. You'll work closely with our team on everything from four-handed dentistry to patient records, helping keep our office running smoothly and our patients comfortable. What You'll Do Assist chairside during procedures (four-handed dentistry) Take x-rays, impressions, and patient records Practice infection control and instrument sterilization Fabricate temporary crowns Perform coronal polishing Pour and prepare models Update electronic patient records Support lab and front-office tasks as needed What We're Looking For A people-oriented team player who enjoys working with others Someone adaptable who can shift gears as the day demands Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment 1 year of dental assistant experience preferred, not required DANB certification and Dentrix experience helpful but not required CDA/RDA license not required Why You'll Like Working Here We're a team-oriented, collaborative office that invests in our people.
