Job Description

Come join our fun, fast paced Pediatric Dental team! We are seeking one pediatric dental assistant who enjoys working with children. No experience necessary. All training will be done through our in house training program. Pediatric dental assistants will be responsible for assisting the dentist in the clinical treatment of children. This also includes, set up of treatment rooms, greeting patients, reviewing health histories while showing care and concern to help the patients feel comfortable Other required duties include:
  • Taking x-rays
  • Preparing and sterilizing instruments, handpieces and other equipment in compliance with OSHA standards and CDC guidelines
  • Providing patient education and nutritional counseling to maintain oral health
Qualifications and Attributes:
High School diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer skills. Effective communication skills, written and oral, with patients, parents and staff. Qualified candidates must have a positive, can-do attitude to make each patient have a wonderful dental visit. Must be extremely reliable. Every patient is unique; successful candidates have patience, kindness, and compassion to work a variety of personalities and situations. Competitive pay and benefits Full-time, 4-5 days per week
