Dental Assistant Park Place Dental - 2.8 Durham, NC Job Details Full-time $21 - $27 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Chairside assisting Direct patient care Dentrix Operating medical imaging equipment Patient treatment Full Job Description Privately owned, single doctor office in search of an additional dental assistant to help with daily patient care. You'll be replacing a prior assistant that is relocating and would love to hire within the next couple of weeks. Ideally hoping to find a candidate with some experience to ease the transition period. We however care more about hiring the right fit for the office more than anything. Training will be provided to bring you up to speed with workflow, materials, software, etc. Our office uses Dentrix, Dexis Imaging, iTero scanner and experience with these would be an added plus. Our patient care hours are Mon-Wed from 7:30 AM - 4 PM and Thursday from 7:30 - 3 PM. You will be expected to be there a little before and after patient care is finished to help open or close the office. We do work an occasional Friday for larger cases or when we are closed on a holiday Monday. The hiring process for our office generally looks a phone interview, followed by a working interview if we think you are a potential fit. The working interview is for both you and our office to ensure we think there is a good fit. Compensation is highly dependent on experience. Benefits include PTO which increases with tenure, paid holidays, dental treatment provided after 90 days, a medical stipend ($350 month), and access to employer matched retirement account.
