Dental Assistant Coastal Endodontics Hampstead, NC (New Location)

Salary:
$27/hourly depending on experienceBenefits:
Health Insurance, 401K profit sharing (after 1 year of employment), PTO, Holidays, Bonus Structure Potential, Uniform Allowance Full-Time| Monday- Thursday | 8:00am
- 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am
- 12:00pm Coastal Endodontics is an established specialty practice expanding into Hampstead with our second location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready for patient care.
- Welcome and comfort patients, assisting doctor throughout dental procedures.
- Take and process high-quality dental x-rays.
- Answer patient and staff questions, providing helpful guidance and support.
- Sterilize and deliver instruments, assist the doctor, and anticipate needs during procedures.
- Accurately document treatments and update patient charts.
- Keep the office clean, safe, and compliant with infection-control protocols.
- Manage dental supplies, track inventory, and place orders as needed.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- DA, X-ray, and CPR certification required.
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred (new grads welcome).
- Strong communication skills with a positive, high-energy attitude.
- Team player who works well with patients, staff, and referring offices.
- Organized self-starter who can prioritize and manage tasks independently.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take feedback constructively.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply new skills.
- Ability to stay professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
