About Us We are a general dentistry practice in Huntersville known for providing exceptional care and a wide range of services to our patients. We are currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our clinic. If you are passionate about dentistry, take pride in your clinical skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor seamlessly using 4-handed dentistry techniques across various procedures. Capture high-quality diagnostics, including digital X-rays, Panorex, iTero scans, and intraoral photos. Perform meticulous sterilization of dental instruments and operatories to maintain the highest safety standards. Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date patient clinical records. Foster a welcoming environment and help support practice growth by kindly asking satisfied patients for referrals and Google reviews. Complete in-house lab tasks as instructed.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of active workforce experience as a Dental Assistant II or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) is strictly required. (Please note: Candidates without this minimum experience will not be considered). Must be a dependable team player with a positive, patient-first attitude.
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
4 days a week (8.5 hour shifts with 1 hour lunch break)
Pay:
Competitive compensation, heavily dependent on your level of experience.
