As the premier dental boutique in southeastern NC, we empower our team to deliver transformative dentistry with a focus on elevated care. Our practice has been featured in various publications and news outlets ( Sidekick, Dental Products Report, Wilmington Business Journal, Wilmington Magazine, WECT, WWAY ) as changing what it means to go to the dentist.
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN A POTENTIAL NEW TEAM MEMBER?
Our team members are positive, eager to learn, put their best foot forward, and show kindness and respect to each other and our clients. They are consistent and efficient in delivering The Renaissance Experience. Our Dental Assistants support our entire clinical team in managing patient flow, patient diagnostics to include taking patient history + digital scans and photography, operatory turnover, sterilization, setting appointments, and assisting in various dental procedures (composites, CAD/CAM crowns/onlays, implant restorations, extractions, dentures, infant frenectomies, whitening, Invisalign). Since we understand that potential team members who encompass our practices' values do not always come with a dental background, we are prepared to grow a coachable applicant who exhibits potential and a long term desire to make a career within the dental field.
