Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during patient treatment. Utilize a 3D scanner for capturing accurate dental impressions and images. Conduct X-ray imaging as required, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are clean and ready for use. Manage patient records using Open Dental software, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices to promote overall dental health. Experience Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred, with a focus on dental assisting duties. Proficiency in using 3D scanners and medical imaging technology is an asset.
