Full-Time Position Overview Badger Dental Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality dental care. This role is essential in supporting our dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including restorative, surgical, and preventive care Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in accordance with infection control protocols Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with North Dakota regulations Record patient medical histories and update clinical notes accurately Provide chair-side assistance and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans Manage dental supplies and maintain inventory levels Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines Support front office tasks as needed, including scheduling and patient communication Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in North Dakota CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Radiology certification required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental software systems preferred Preferred Experience 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience Experience in general dentistry, pediatrics, or specialty procedures (a plus) Skills & Competencies Patient-centered mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented with a collaborative approach Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Continuing education opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Why Join Badger Dental Group?
