Job Description
Job Overview Endonova Endodontics is an established and growing specialty practice seeking a dependable, compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, works well with others, and helps maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment. Previous endodontic experience is welcome but not required. We are happy to train an experienced dental assistant who is interested in expanding their skills in a specialty practice. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during root canal treatment, endodontic surgery, and other procedures Prepare patients and treatment rooms for procedures Take high-quality digital radiographs and CBCT scans Set up and break down operatories Follow infection-control and sterilization protocols Accurately document patient information and treatment notes Review post-operative instructions with patients Maintain clinical supplies and an organized work environment Coordinate with the front office to support efficient patient flow Help patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit Skills Previous dental assisting experience preferred Endodontic experience is a plus but is not required Radiology certification required; candidates who do not currently have it must be willing to obtain it promptly Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Experience with digital imaging and dental software preferred Join us in delivering exceptional dental care through teamwork, innovation, and compassion!
