Key Responsibilities Provide attentive chairside assistance during dental examinations and procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment Perform effective suctioning and instrument transfer Take clear, diagnostic-quality dental radiographs Assist with patient charting and procedure documentation using Open Dental Clean, disinfect, and prepare treatment rooms between patients Sterilize instruments according to established infection-control protocols Follow OSHA requirements and all office safety procedures Help patients feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable Work collaboratively with the clinical, administrative, and laboratory teams Maintain a dependable, professional, and positive attitude Qualifications Dental assisting experience is welcomed but not required New Hampshire dental radiology certification is preferred DANB certification or DANB eligibility is preferred Training may be provided for the right candidate Genuine interest in dentistry and patient care Dependable, organized, and willing to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards Commitment to OSHA, infection-control, and workplace-safety requirements Compensation and Benefits $23.00-$29.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications 401(k) retirement plan with employer match In-office dental benefits for employees and their families Paid time off Paid holidays Uniforms and personal protective equipment provided Benefit eligibility may vary based on full-time or part-time employment status.
