Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the dental assisting team to ensure smooth daily operations Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Manage clinical workflow and coordinate with front office staff Train and mentor new dental assistants Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside manner
Qualifications:
3+ years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols X-ray certification (required) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
