This energetic position combines front office responsibilities with clinical assisting duties, offering a rewarding opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in both administrative responsibilities and clinical supports. Responsibilities- Greet and check in/out patients with a friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and collect payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient patient flow.
- Manage medical documentation and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
- Assist the dentist during pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
- Take digital X-rays (NJ X-ray license preferred)
- Provide chairside assistance and patient education.
- Maintain infection control and OSHA standards.
- Stock and organize clinical supplies. Skills
- Dental office experience preferred.
- Front desk and/or dental assisting experience required.
- NJ Dental Radiology (X-ray) License preferred.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working with children and families.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Korean) is a plus.
Pay:
$18.00- $21.
