Modern office setting Growth opportunities Our growing family dental practice is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, friendly and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with handling different dental insurance plans, billing, scheduling and patient management. We are looking for someone who: Will assist the Dentist chairside and prepare operatory for different Dental procedures Will greet patient warmly and handle checking-in/checking-out Will review the patient's Explanation of Benefits, calculate insurance copays as applicable Is very detailed oriented and willing to follow instructions Has experience with dental software and is willing to learn more about our products Is bilingual (Spanish speaking) - a plus.

The candidate should:

Have a minimum of 1 year of Dental office experience Be X-ray certified (optional but a plus) Be able to pour and trim diagnostic models (optional but a plus) Have professional demeanor, attitude and appearance Have good communication and people skills Have strong computer skills Be organized, reliable and should be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
