Full-Time Dental Assistant

•Periodontal Specialty Practice South Jersey Dental Implants & Periodontics Linwood, NJ South Jersey Dental Implants & Periodontics, the office of Dr. Shah, Dr. Hakim, and Dr. Vayner , is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and patient-focused Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our well-established periodontal specialty practice. We are proud to provide specialized periodontal and implant care in a professional, supportive clinical environment. Our Linwood office is located in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility at Linwood Commons , and we are looking for a team member who takes pride in providing excellent patient care while working collaboratively with our doctors and clinical team.

•3:00 PM This is an excellent opportunity for a dental assistant who is interested in expanding their clinical skills and gaining experience in a periodontal specialty and dental implant practice .

Responsibilities:

Assist doctors during periodontal, implant, and surgical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures. Provide excellent patient care and support throughout appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical environment. Take and document dental X-rays when licensed. Assist with sterilization and instrument processing. Prepare materials and equipment for various procedures. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records. Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff. Follow all infection control and OSHA standards. Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Qualifications:

Dental assisting experience preferred. NJ Dental X-ray license preferred. Periodontal or surgical assisting experience is a plus. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused. Organized and detail-oriented. Willingness to learn and grow within a specialty practice.
