Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph Randolph, NJ Are you an energetic, compassionate Registered Dental Assistant who loves working with children? Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph is looking for a motivated team member who is passionate about providing exceptional care in a fun, positive environment. Our practice has proudly served families in the community for decades, and we're committed to creating a welcoming experience for every child while delivering the highest standard of pediatric dental care. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are sterilized and ready for use. Take high-quality digital radiographs. Comfort and encourage children to help create positive dental experiences. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols. Work collaboratively with our doctors and clinical team to keep appointments running smoothly. Qualifications Current New Jersey Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Current CPR certification. Radiology certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
