Overview

Our team is dedicated to making lives better one smile at a time. We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice and contribute to our mission of excellent dental care.
Responsibilities
Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending their individual concerns and promoting the good qualities of their doctor
Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patient feels comfortable; prepare patients for treatment, and assist the doctors
- thereby enabling them to provide efficient quality dental treatment
Escort patients to and from the front desk
Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and maintain adequate supply levels in each operatory, ordering and replenishing as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
RDA license a plus
Must hold an active NJ x-ray license
Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures
Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Full Time
- Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
Salary Range:
$22.00
- 33.
00/hour (based on licensure)

Our Shrewsbury practice features a dedicated team of 3 dentists and 4 RDHs working in a collaborative, fast paced, and patient-centric environment. We are equipped with modern dental technology, including Dentrix, to deliver top-tier patient care and streamline clinical workflows. (Saturdays are rotated 1-2 Saurdays per month from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM)
