About the Role We're hiring an entry-level Orthodontic Records/Sterilization Assistant to join our clinical team — no experience required, though previous dental office experience is a plus. You'll be trained on the job by our clinical team, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full orthodontic assistant role over time.
