We are a growing private dental practice looking for a motivated individual who wants to learn dentistry while working as part of our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who may be coming from banking, finance, insurance, customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, administration, or another professional field and wants to transition into a long-term career in dentistry. You will receive hands-on training while working with our team and learning the skills needed to become both a Dental Assistant and Treatment Coordinator .

Training may include:

Dental terminology and procedures Chairside dental assisting Sterilization and infection control Digital dentistry and dental technology Patient communication Treatment coordination Presenting treatment plans Dental financing and payment options Insurance basics Scheduling and patient follow-up Case acceptance Front-office operations Dental X-ray training and licensing pathway Leadership and dental office management skills Our goal is not simply to hire someone for a position.
