Requirements:

Solid experience in 4-handed chairside dentistry (comfortable assisting with fillings, crowns, root canals, etc.) Strong focus on maintaining sterilization standards and back-office organization Down-to-earth, positive attitude, and a true team player Friendly, social, and passionate about patient care and connection

CDA / RDA

licensure or relevant experience in New Jersey preferred

Expanded functions (such as making temp crowns or bleaching trays) are not required—we value strong core assisting skills and reliable teamwork!
