We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and the comfort of our patients. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daily non-clinical operations of the office including patient satisfaction, hiring, performance and other business related functions Demonstrate sensitivity to patient needs Educate patients on payment options and secure patient financial commitment Qualifications Knowledge of Treatment Planning Proficient with Open Dental Software (we are willing to train the right person!)
