Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Assistant facilitates patient intake, conducts welcome calls, stays on top of ongoing treatment plans, follow-ups, performs consults, is responsive to the team's and patient's needs throughout the day, motivated to provide support throughout the clinic, able to work well with a diverse and energetic team. Positive, friendly personality with a penchant for good customer care preferred. Dental experience required.
