Dental Assistant We are seeking an experienced, team-driven Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, multi-doctor emergency dental practice in Las Vegas . Our patients often come to us experiencing dental emergencies, pain, and the need for immediate or same-day treatment. We're looking for someone who can move quickly, stay calm under pressure, provide compassionate patient care, and work as part of a strong clinical team . This position requires availability Friday through Sunday, including evenings. What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of dental procedures Support the care of emergency and same-day dental patients Take dental X-rays in accordance with Nevada requirements and practice protocols Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment Assist with efficient patient flow in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment Educate patients regarding treatment, oral health, and post-treatment instructions Accurately document patient information and treatment in the EMR Follow sterilization, spore testing, waterline testing, and infection-control protocols Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable Nevada dental requirements Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients who may be anxious or in pain Work collaboratively with doctors, fellow dental assistants, and the entire office team Be willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and our patients What We're Looking For Previous clinical dental assisting experience Experience in a fast-paced or multi-doctor dental practice preferred Comfortable assisting with emergency dental procedures and same-day treatment Qualified to perform dental radiography in accordance with Nevada requirements Current CPR/BLS training Required infection-control training/continuing education Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Dependable, positive, and team-driven Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume emergency environment Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including evenings What We Offer Competitive compensation Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-focused culture Fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Opportunity to make a difference for patients who need immediate dental care If you're an experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about helping patients get out of pain , we'd love to hear from you.
