Personalized Orthodontics is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team! If you enjoy learning new skills, working with technology, and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd love to meet you. Dental experience is a plus, but no experience is required - we are willing to train on the job! Manual dexterity or skill in arts and crafts is what we are looking for in someone with no dental experience. What You'll Do This unique position combines orthodontic laboratory work with clinical support, providing the opportunity to develop specialized skills in both areas. Orthodontic Assisting Assist doctors with orthodontic procedures Bonding and debonding appointments Wire changes and routine adjustments Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays Provide clear instructions and education to patients Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical areas Help keep patient flow running efficiently throughout the day Laboratory Responsibilities Learn to operate and maintain 3D printers Print and process orthodontic models Fabricate Essix retainers Assist with indirect bonding setups Organize and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies Ensure all appliances meet our high standards for quality and accuracy What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing quality work Eager to learn new technology and techniques Organized and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A positive team player with excellent communication skills Able to multitask and adapt throughout the day No orthodontic laboratory experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and will teach you the skills needed to succeed in this role.
