Job Description
We are a high-performing technology-driven dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant who takes ownership, works efficiently, and is confident in a fast-paced, fully digital environment. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a top-tier assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence in patient care. Modern Dentistry, Modern Workflow Fully digital workflow (iTero, Dexis, Dentrix) Same-day dentistry (CAD/CAM milling and crown design) High clinical standards and strong reliable team accountability Opportunity to grow with advanced technology Core Responsibilities High-level chairside assisting for restorative, crown, implant and periodontal procedures Execute and support CAD/CAM same-day crown workflows Confident use of iTero scanner for digital impressions Accurate capture of digital x-rays Maintain strong clinical efficiency and anticipate doctors needs Uphold strict infection control and OSHA standards Deliver an elevated, professional patient experience Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience Strong working knowledge of Dentrix, Dexis, and iTero Experience with CAD/CAM.
