What the role actually looks like Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures — you're the doctor's right hand Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we'll support your certification if you're working toward it) Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team Where it can go Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical-trainer roles. We promote from within — your next step is real. ✅ What we're looking for Warm, steady, and quick on your feet Chairside experience helpful; NYS radiology / X-ray certification a plus (we'll help you get there) Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast A team player who takes pride in a clean, calm, well-run operatory Dental experience preferred — but the right attitude can be trained Compensation & benefits $20-$27/hour, based on experience and certifications Health, dental, vision & 401(k) Paid time off — and a team and schedule that actually let you use it Continuing-education and certification support The honest part We're a growing five-location group intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices.
