What the role actually looks like Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures — you're the doctor's right hand Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we'll support your certification if you're working toward it) Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team Where it can go Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical-trainer roles.
