Dental Assistant

• Mondays & Fridays + Occasional Saturdays Join a Growing, Modern Dental Practice We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice!

Our primary need is for assistance on our Pediatric Dentistry days — Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM , with opportunities for occasional Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM on our General Dentistry days. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, values a positive and patient-focused environment, and is looking to grow with a developing practice. As one of our early team members, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and play an important role in shaping our practice culture. • General Dentistry Potential for additional hours as the practice continues to grow What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance during pediatric and general dental procedures Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for children and their families Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies Take dental X-rays while following proper safety protocols Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental Educate patients and parents on procedures, post-op care, and oral hygiene Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines Collaborate closely with our supportive, patient-focused dental team What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience; pediatric dental experience is a plus Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with children Experience with chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry Familiarity with dental clinical workflows Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and positive approach to patient care X-ray certification preferred but not required If you're looking for a position where you can grow your skills, work with a supportive team, and help build a thriving practice , we'd love to hear from you!
