Experienced Lead Dental Assistant (Surgical, Implant & General) About Us We run a high-end, modern dental practice focused on top-tier patient care. Our team utilizes advanced technology to deliver precision treatments in a comfortable environment. The Role We are seeking a reliable, high-level Dental Assistant who thrives in a diverse environment. You will bridge the gap between advanced oral surgery and high-quality general dentistry, managing everything from routine restorations to complex implant placements.
Key Responsibilities Surgical Support:
Assist in advanced oral surgery, bone grafting, and periodontal procedures.
Implantology:
Prepare, organize, and pass specialized implant instrumentation and components.
General Dentistry:
Assist with routine restorative care, crown and bridge prep, fillings, and hygiene support.
Digital Workflow:
Operate advanced intraoral digital scanning software for impressions and diagnostics.
Patient Care:
Provide detailed pre-operative and post-operative instructions across all treatment types.
Sterilization:
Maintain strict OSHA and infection control protocols for surgical and general operatory suites.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated experience spanning general and surgical/implant assisting.
Technical Skill:
Proven proficiency with modern digital scanning software (e.g., iTero, Trios).
Attributes:
Exceptional reliability, strong work ethic, and punctual attendance are non-negotiable.
Knowledge:
