We're looking for someone who wants to be part of something long-term, not just fill a seat. The Role We're hiring a Dental Assistant / Floater to join our team on a part-time to full-time basis. This is a hands-on, keep-things-moving role — you'll be essential to the rhythm of the practice, supporting our clinical team and making sure patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. What You'll Do Assist in turning over operatories efficiently between patients Assist hygienists and other dental assistants chairside Manage sterilization of instruments per OSHA/infection control standards Maintain the lab and ensure supplies and equipment are organized and stocked Direct patient traffic and help manage flow throughout the practice Pitch in wherever the team needs you What We're Looking For A warm, patient-focused attitude Reliable, punctual, and professional A team player who doesn't wait to be asked Previous dental assisting experience preferred Ability to work in a fast while staying calm and organized Someone looking to grow with us What We Offer $27-$30/hour based on experience Medical & Dental Insurance, 401K PTO Consistent, reasonable hours A collaborative working environment
