We are looking for a versatile, reliable, and friendly team member to join us in a dual role as a Dental Assistant / Front Desk Floater . If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love both patient care and administrative organization, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Front Desk Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process. Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain an efficient office flow. Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and manage practice correspondence. File away charts and correspondences in a professional manner. Dental Assisting Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain strict infection control standards. Chairside assisting during routine exams, restorative procedures, and preventive care. Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions. Monitor clinical inventory and restock supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program or equivalent chairside experience (Ideal/Will Train). State Dental Assistant License / X-ray certification (Ideal/Will Train). . Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental). Excellent communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills (A MUST).
