Dental Assistant About the Role Join a dental practice built on excellent patient care, strong teamwork, and a culture that supports every member of the team. This role is central to the patient experience, and thrives on collaboration with doctors and staff to deliver a consistently positive visit for every patient. Responsibilities Greet and support patients before, during, and after their appointment Take and process dental radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos Prepare and sterilize the treatment room and equipment Provide chairside assistance during treatment procedures Document dental care services by charting patient records Maintain a clean, sterile, patient centered working environment Qualifications Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state 6+ months of experience as a dental assistant CPR or BLS certification Completion of a CODA accredited dental assisting program (preferred) Quick learner with strong problem solving skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Comfortable with software used for charting, records, and scheduling Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology What We Offer Competitive compensation Modern facilities and advanced technology Mentorship and career growth opportunities A diverse patient base and meaningful clinical work Pay Range $19-$26 per hour dependent on experience
