Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our dental practice. This role involves providing exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, and supporting clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a dental office, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the practice Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and handle appointment modifications as needed Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and processing payments Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dental team during procedures when necessary Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinical spaces Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, post-treatment instructions, and practice policies Support the dental team with clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Minimum of two years of experience working in a dental office setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in using dental practice management software and standard office applications Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and patient confidentiality standards is preferred Join our team to contribute to providing outstanding dental care while developing your career in a supportive environment.
Pay:
$25.67 - $38.00 per hour
