Requirements:

• Detail-Oriented Organized individual
• Consistently implements the organizational missions and all approved policies, protocols, and procedures
• Consistently interacts with the patients and staff in a manner that reflects favorably on the organization and promotes teamwork Minimum Education and Experience
• Be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent Customer Service Experience

Work Location:

multiple offices in the area Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment. Utilize dental terminology and 3D scanning technology to aid in treatment planning. Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Exhibit strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
