Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash is hiring a Hygiene Assistant to join our independent, patient-focused practice. If you're dependable, compassionate, and enjoy working with both patients and an awesome clinical team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Hygiene Assistant, you'll work closely with our hygienists and the rest of our clinical team to help keep appointments running smoothly and provide an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting hygienists during patient appointments Preparing and setting up operatories for hygiene appointments Seating and preparing patients for their visits Taking and developing dental X-rays as permitted by training/licensure Assisting with digital scans and other clinical technology Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and operatories Cleaning and maintaining hygiene rooms and equipment Restocking clinical supplies Helping with room turnover between patients Supporting the hygiene team with day-to-day clinical needs Providing a welcoming, friendly experience for every patient Following all OSHA, infection control, and office protocols What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred Dental assisting education or certification is a plus Experience in a general dentistry office is preferred Experience with Open Dental is preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Friendly, professional, and compassionate with patients Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work well with both patients and coworkers Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way Why Join Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash?
