Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting, with proficiency in chairside support, and who brings great energy and a commitment to excellent patient care. You'll work with a supportive team and enjoy a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. Take and develop dental X-rays, including 3D scans, while maintaining proper safety standards for patients and staff. Manage patient records using electronic health record (EHR) system. Experience Prior experience working in a dental setting is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with dental radiography including X-ray procedures and 3D scanner operation is required. (radiology license) Experience supporting pediatric dentistry is preferred to effectively assist young patients. Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently while maintaining excellent patient rapport is crucial for this position.
