Job Overview Chagin Falls Office looking for Dental Assitant (DA) Our office is a patient-centered practice committed to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Modern and robotic dental practice is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant (DA) to join our growing team in Chagrin Falls Ohio. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures and examinations, dental surgeries, and surgical sterilization Take intraoral Itero scans and perform other delegated clinical tasks, including 3-D printing and milling, staining and glazing of dental temporaries. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Qualifications Must have a Valid Ohio DA certification or DANB with at least 2-3 years of experience Current Radiography license Strong attention to detail and excellent hand skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Experience with Open dental software is a plus. Knowledge of infection control procedures and practices. Proficient understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
