Current Openings One full-time position One part-time position — Saturdays and Sundays only Responsibilities Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and properly sterilize instruments and equipment. Take digital X-rays and accurately document patient information. Present treatment plans in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner. Review provider-recommended treatment, pricing, payment options, and next steps with patients. Answer patient questions and help patients understand the importance of completing recommended treatment. Provide postoperative instructions and oral hygiene education. Maintain OSHA, infection control, and sterilization standards. Support efficient patient flow and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Provide a positive and reassuring experience for patients receiving emergency dental care. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience is required. Current Ohio dental radiography certification is required. Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients is strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, and patient-service skills. Comfortable discussing treatment costs and helping patients move forward with care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency dental environment. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice-management software is a plus. Availability for evening and weekend hours, based on the position.
