Benefits 401k Plan 5% Match Profit Sharing Paid Lunch Monthly Flex Bonus CE Paid Vacation and Personal Time Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms with dental instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all tools are sterilized and ready for procedures Assist dentists during various treatments such as restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery procedures with precision and professionalism Take and develop dental X-ray images while adhering to HIPAA regulations and infection prevention protocols Manage patient records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft, maintaining strict clinical confidentiality policies Perform vital signs assessments and medical imaging to support comprehensive patient evaluations Process dental instruments following sterilization procedures to uphold infection control standards Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, managing patient comfort, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism Skills Proficiency in dental assisting techniques including four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures across general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery Experience operating dental equipment such as 3D scanners, dental x-ray machines, and other medical imaging devices Familiarity with dental practice management software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft for scheduling, billing, and record keeping Expertise in infection prevention management, aseptic technique, and healthcare infection control best practices Ability to interpret medical documentation and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Excellent communication skills to coordinate with patients as a dental receptionist when needed while ensuring smooth patient management flow Join us in delivering outstanding dental care through teamwork, technical excellence, and compassionate service.
