Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, adaptable Dental Assistant who loves staying busy, helping others, and keeping the clinical day running smoothly. Dental assisting experience is required, with at least 1 year of experience strongly preferred. As our Floater Dental Assistant , you'll be the go-to person who helps keep our entire clinical team moving. You'll manage our emergency/overflow column, serve as a secondary assistant during procedures, support our EFDAs, and jump into sterilization when needed. We're looking for someone who: Has dental assisting experience ( 1+ year preferred ) Is reliable, organized and proactive Can anticipate what needs to happen next Is comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day Jumps in to help without waiting to be asked Takes ownership and brings a positive attitude to work Strives to provide patients with an exceptional dental experience At Claybrooke Dental, our team lives by six core values: Do the right thing.
