No weekends! Position Requirements Benefits Previous dental assisting experience preferred Dental assisting certification/credentials preferred, but not required for the right candidate Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain Ability to follow OSHA, infection control, and office safety protocols Comfortable taking and/or assisting with dental X-rays, as permitted by state regulations Ability to assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dental office Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Willingness to learn and follow office policies and procedures We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Free dental care for employees and immediate family Uniform allowance 2 weeks of paid vacation 401(k) with employer matching up to 3% Access to life insurance and Aflac policies 4 paid sick days
