We are a newer dental anesthesia office in Medina looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is dependable, upbeat, and great with children and families. We are a small office, so finding the right personality and fit for our team is really important to us. We work primarily with children and patients with special needs, and we want someone who is naturally warm, patient, and welcoming to both patients and families. We're looking for someone who is organized, reliable, hardworking, and able to take initiative without needing constant direction. Our days can move quickly, so being able to jump in, help wherever needed, and work well as part of a team is important.

What We're Looking For:

Previous dental assisting experience Current dental radiography/X-ray certification Current and up-to-date required dental assisting certifications and credentials Warm, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with children and families Patient and compassionate with special needs patients Dependable and punctual Organized and able to stay on top of tasks Someone who takes initiative and notices what needs done Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Willing to help with both clinical and general office tasks when needed We are a small, close-knit team and want someone who enjoys coming to work, works well with others, and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for our patients and their families.
