Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), where your expertise will help create a welcoming environment for patients and support the delivery of exceptional dental care. In this vital role, you will assist dentists during procedures, manage patient comfort, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Assist dentist in endodontic therapy, retreatment of endodontic therapy, apical surgery , bone grafting and implant placement. This offices uses true four handed dentistry with operating microscopes, CBCT and electronic notes. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary equipment, and maintaining aseptic techniques to uphold the highest standards of infection control. Take dental X-rays using advanced imaging technology such as 3D scanners and medical imaging tools while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Manage patient records by updating medical and dental histories in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of medical documentation. Monitor vital signs and assist with medical assessments to support safe treatment planning for all patients, including pediatrics. Proven experience working as a Dental Assistant in a busy dental clinic environment with familiarity in endodontic procedures. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques essential for safe patient care. Experience operating EMR systems. Proficiency with TDO preferred. Skilled in taking X-rays, performing chairside assisting during various endodontic procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical coding to ensure accurate record-keeping. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and delivering compassionate patient care.
