Overview:
We are a small, privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is clinically confident, dependable, professional, and genuinely enjoys working as part of a team. Our practice offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with
NO FRIDAY OR WEEKEND
hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits (available upon hiring, NO 90-day waiting period) , and a positive, professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, high-quality chairside assistance, anticipating doctor's next step Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment prior to patient arrival Obtain dental radiographs and digital images as directed by Dr. Glynn Monitor sedation patients, including those receiving Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Accurately & timely document treatment and patient information in Dentrix chart Perform proper sterilization, disinfection, and infection-control procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked clinical environment Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and practice protocols Assist fellow team members throughout the practice during downtime and as needed Support efficient patient flow and contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience High school diploma or equivalent required Current Dental Radiographer Certificate required Current CPR certification required Dentrix PMS experience Nitrous Monitoring (Certificate of Completion)DANB or CODA Certification preferred, but not required.

Hourly Pay Rate:

No Fridays or Weekends Hiring Process:
