Overview Join our dynamic dental team at Elegant Endodontics as a Dental Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care in a specialized practice. In this role, you will support the endodontist by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow. Your expertise will help create a comfortable environment for patients undergoing root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures. Responsibilities Job description:
Elegant Endodontics is a new endodontic specialty practice seeking a Dental Assistant . This is a unique opportunity to join a high-end, luxury start-up practice and play a key role in building a strong, patient-centered office from the ground up . We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a team-first mindset . The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute beyond the traditional assistant role . Responsibilities Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures (root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures) Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs and maintain clinical workflow Ensure an excellent patient experience from arrival through treatment Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Communicate with referring dental offices Support front desk operations including phones, scheduling, and patient coordination Qualifications Dental Assistant experience required ( Endodontic experience is a plus ) Radiography permit/license required to expose dental x-rays in Ohio Certification such as
DANB CDA
