Five Rivers Health Centers is an expanding Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing a medical home for low-income patients in Dayton and Xenia, Ohio. We provide quality medical, dental, vision, and behavioral healthcare to over 27,000 patients with more than 90,000 visits annually at our six convenient locations. Position Overview The Dental Assistant must abide by various regulatory compliance rules and must always treat patients with dignity and respect.
