Responsibilities Provide advanced orthodontic chairside assistance Perform EFODA-approved duties in compliance with Oregon regulations Assist with bonding, debonding, wire changes, adjustments, and bracket placement Take orthodontic radiographs and digital impressions/scans Maintain efficient patient flow and clinical organization Deliver confident, professional communication with patients and parents Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols Requirements Active Oregon EFODA certification (required) Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and clinical workflow Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
