Join Our Growing Team at Pearl Dentistry! Pearl Dentistry is seeking a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a modern, family-oriented dental practice that values teamwork, positivity, and high-quality care. If you enjoy building relationships with patients and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with state regulations. Prepare and educate patients before, during, and after treatment. Chart procedures and accurately document patient information. Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and other clinical procedures as permitted. Manage supplies and help maintain inventory. Support the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily schedule. Deliver exceptional customer service while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply). Radiology certification required (or ability to obtain based on state requirements). CPR certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.
