Job Description

Advanced Dental Implant Treatment Changing smiles. Changing lives. Join the ViaSmiles team as a Dental Assistant at our brand-new practice opening soon in Exton. We do high-volume implant and full-arch cases, so if you want to build real clinical skills fast, this is the place to do it. We're looking for someone who is dependable, good with patients, and takes their role in the operatory seriously. Experience helps, but we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Assist the dentist chairside during exams, surgical procedures, and full-arch cases. Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment in line with infection control protocols. Take X-rays as needed following all safety standards. Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and support charting. Help patients understand their treatment, aftercare instructions, and answer common questions. Support appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups. Handle HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality. Step in on administrative tasks like coding, chart prep, or front office support when needed. Work closely with the rest of the team to make sure every patient has a good experience. What We're Looking For Prior dental assisting experience is preferred but not required; we'll train the right candidate. Open Dental familiarity is a plus. Knowledge of four-handed dentistry is valued. Any exposure to implants, prosthodontics, or surgical assisting is a strong advantage. Reliable, calm under pressure, and genuinely good with people. What You'll Get Hands-on training in advanced dentistry including implants and full-arch procedures. A team that takes care of each other and takes the work seriously. Real opportunities to grow your clinical skills in a specialty-focused environment. Competitive hourly pay with performance incentives tied to clinic results. If this sounds like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.
